At Celato Fresh, we strive to provide the best quality products and services. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may request cancellation of their subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Once an order is processed or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
- Celato Fresh reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational issues, in which case a refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the order was not delivered or there was a significant issue with the product.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability
Subscription Refunds
Partial refunds for unused subscription days may be considered at our discretion.
Refunds for subscriptions will be processed after deducting the value of services already used.
