Celato Fresh started in Gota, Ahmedabad in 2025 as a fresh-daily salad-bowl subscription run from a single cloud kitchen. We make our A2 cow paneer in-house every morning, prepare all dressings and sauces fresh that same day, source produce within 50 miles of Ahmedabad, and refuse to use maida, palm oil, seed oils or frozen ingredients — ever.
Why we started Celato Fresh
Celato Fresh was started in Gota, Ahmedabad in 2025 by a small team frustrated with what "healthy" food in the city actually looked like — refined oils dressed up as wellness, packaged sauces poured over reheated rice, and "diet" tiffin services run on margarine and maida. We started a kitchen built around a single rule: every ingredient on the bill should be one we would feed our own families that morning.
Eating healthy in Ahmedabad usually meant cooking everything yourself, settling for bland boiled food, or paying premium prices for "wellness" tiffins that still relied on refined oils, packaged sauces and frozen prep. We believed there was a better answer — food that is genuinely clean, genuinely fresh and genuinely good to eat — so we built a kitchen around that belief.
Every bowl that leaves our kitchen is made with ingredients we feed our own families. A2 cow paneer we make ourselves from fresh milk sourced through a trusted local Gir-cow dairy. Dressings that are never more than a day old. Olive oil and avocado oil only — no palm oil, no seed oils, no shortcuts. That is the entire brief.
Our standards — what we will and won't do
- A2 cow paneer made in-house every morning. Sourced from a local Ahmedabad dairy that supplies fresh A2 Gir-breed milk. We prepare the paneer in our kitchen the same day it goes into a bowl — not bought in plastic, not stored overnight.
- Dressings prepared fresh daily, in small batches. Six unique sauces, all blended that morning with olive or avocado oil. Sealed packaging keeps them intact through the delivery journey.
- Local produce within 50 miles of Ahmedabad. Vegetables, sprouts and microgreens are delivered to the kitchen each morning. Nothing arrives frozen, nothing is pre-cooked the day before.
- No palm oil, no seed oils, no maida. Olive oil and avocado oil are the only fats in our kitchen. Every ingredient is gluten-free; the only grains we use are quinoa, ragi, rajma and chana — all whole foods.
- No frozen ingredients of any kind. Every bowl is assembled the same morning it is delivered. We have built our schedule around that constraint, not the other way round.
Inside the Gota kitchen

Our kitchen sits in Gota, north Ahmedabad, within a 15 km delivery radius that covers Chandkheda, Sola, Motera, Thaltej, Bodakdev and the surrounding residential corridor. Lunch bowls dispatch by mid-morning to arrive by 12:30 PM. Dinner bowls dispatch in the late afternoon to arrive by 8:00 PM.
